An IRS determination letter dated May 18, 2022 recognizes The Beauty In Serenity Foundation as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), effective May 10, 2022, and classifies it as a private foundation.

Virginia fundraising status: the foundation is not currently soliciting or accepting public donations while charitable-registration requirements are being completed.
